Quirky British docudrama – MPs Expenses

Hi, if you have access to BBC iplayer, BBC Four presented an hour long docudrama about the persistence of Heather Brookes in getting details of MPs’ behaviour through the 2000 Freedom of Information Act.  It’s available until next Monday 1st March I believe.

Sesame Street celebrates 40th anniversary

It’s a tribute to the ingenuity of folk that Sesame Street, the educational show for youngsters, has been teaching and entertaining kids and families with the focus on the letters of the alphabet and numbers for 40 years!  That’s just 36 topics [26 letters, 10 numbers-ish I haven't watched recently to know what number they get up to] viewed and reviewed repeatedly over 40 years.
